Perpetual Berth Licences
A perpetual license offers significant advantages to berth holders over other Auckland berth licenses (most others have an end date when the berth lease or license period finishes).
With a perpetual license the value of your investment is effectively pegged to demand, and with most other berth leases in Auckland coming up to a predetermined sunset date, that demand is expected to grow.
Any renewable berth license at Half Moon Bay can be privately on-sold at any time.
Food & Beverages - on the Promenade
The Promenade situated along the foreshore of the Marina is the home of all the food and beverages outlets. Located just a stroll away from the Half Moon Bay Marina piers, it overlooks the immediate waters-edge and has stunning vistas of the marina and the adjoining marina walkway.
