Perpetual Berth Licences

All North Pier berth licences have perpetual renewable rights. This type of license is unique to Half Moon Bay Marina and due to the resale opportunities at market rates they are widely sought after. Note: North Pier licenses are different and separated from the more established part of Half Moon Bay Marina due to age and operational differences.

Any renewable berth license at Half Moon Bay or North Pier can be privately on-sold at any time.

Larger Berth Sizes

North Pier is a 97-berth development that is a northern extension to Half Moon Bay Marina. Berth sizes range from a standard 15 metres to an astonishing 30 metres. Multi-hulls are also catered for with a selection of 12 specialist wide berths. Note: Although the multihull berths were constructed at the same time and form part of North Pier they they are located on the other side of the new marina entrance and are accessed via pier A.

Dock Master & Concierge

An exclusive feature to North Pier is the dedicated Dock Master and a floating service office located on the Pier.

Offering boat owners friendly concierge services this truly sets Half Moon Bay apart from many other marinas. This service also includes a small tractor and a trolley jitney to transport goods and luggage from the base of the access ramp to vessels berthed at North Pier.
